Adela Dianne Smart Maxfield

To know (ADELA) is to know (A)dventure, (D)etermination, (E)nthusiasm, (L)ove (A)nd so much more.

To know Adela is to love Adela. She lived life every day to the fullest, and whether she was sitting in the white sand beaches of Florida collecting seashells or raising her family of eight children in Kanosh, she always had a smile on her face.

She taught us that life is better when you're smiling and that there's always a reason to smile, and that is a lesson we will treasure and do our best to follow in the years to come.

Please join us in celebrating the goodness of her life and in sharing your favorite memories of Adela. If you are unable to attend the celebration, please take a moment to remember Adela by calling someone you love and telling them how much they mean to you.

Adela loved abundantly, and we only hope we can continue to share that love. We will be forever grateful for the amazing wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and example she was to us.

We hope to honor her by choosing to smile, loving abundantly, finding joy in every moment, and making the most of the time we have left.

Life Celebration 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

1 to 1:30 p.m. Graveside goodbye (Kanosh cemetery)

2 p.m. Luncheon (Kanosh Ward House)
