KANOSH-Austin James Corry, beloved son, brother, husband, and friend, passed away on January 5, 2026, in his beloved Kanosh, Utah.

Austin was born on April 23, 1992, in Fillmore, Utah to Scott Leroy Corry and Gabrielle Rae Christensen. Austin’s life was defined by his deep love for his family and friends and by his constant desire to serve and uplift those around him.

Austin had an extraordinary capacity for love. This year, he met the love of his life, Megan Neville, whom he married and cherished deeply. They were married October 15, 2025. Family meant everything to Austin. He shared a particularly close bond with his brother, Nathaniel, and found great joy in time spent with those he loved most. His family was his anchor, his pride, and his greatest happiness.

Austin was deeply committed to his community. He was known for his kindness, forgiveness, and quiet self-sacrifice, always seeking ways to help others—especially older members of the community. His supportive nature and genuine care left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered. He believed in building strong connections, loving others where they were, and serving without expectation of recognition.

An Eagle Scout by the age of 14, Austin carried the values of service, leadership, and integrity throughout his life. He loved the outdoors and recreation, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He had a special love for animals, particularly dogs, and was devoted to his beloved dog, Hank. Austin was an excellent swimmer and cook, excelled in all he pursued, and had a true love of learning. His intelligence, curiosity, and determination were evident in everything he did.

Above all else, Austin will be remembered for his heart—his kindness, his generosity, and his unwavering love for his family. His absence leaves a profound sorrow that words cannot fully express, and his family grieves deeply while holding close the many memories of his remarkable life.

Austin is survived by his wife, Megan Corry; his father, Scott Corry; his mother, Gabrielle Corry; his brother, Nathaniel Corry, and sister-in-law, Alexis; grandmother, Ella Christensen; his beloved dog, Hank; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends.

Austin’s life was one of service, love, and meaningful connection. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched, the community he strengthened, and the family he loved so completely.
