Carla Rae Petersen

Carla Rae Petersen 59, passed away peacefully April 30th 2019 in her home that she shared with her sister and brother in law. 

She was born September 3rd 1959 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Velma Leona Hamilton (Talbot) and Mont Leon Petersen. 

She was raised in Ephraim, Utah. She joined the Military in her younger years and was honorably discharged. She worked in facility maintenance for many years. At one point owning her own business called Carla's rent ready. She worked in carpentry building high end cabinets  which fueled her love for building things. She loved her two goats like they were her kids.  Enjoyed camping, and fishing with her sister always out cathching her. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.  She was a jokster loved to randomly place items in peoples cart at the store. She lived life to the fullest never letting a moment for a good laugh pass her by. She was an amazing artist and painted beautifully.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandsons. She loved sloths and had a large collection of all sizes. 

She is survived by her son Auston Leon Petersen (Alisha White) Leamington, Utah. Grandchildren: Jacoda Leon Petersen and Ayden Jay Bublitz Leamington Utah. Sister Donell Kay Miller(Scott Miller) Leamington Utah; Nieces and nephews Simberly Turner Delta, Utah Mandy Petersen Orem, Utah and Devan Ivie Delta, Utah. She is Proceded in death by father Mont Leon Petersen mother Velma Leona Hamilton (Talbot) and Nephew Michael Dakota Miller.

There will be a celebration of life for family only set at a later date.
