So sorry for your family's loss. Deila was a strong and wonderful person, treated me as part of the family and a great friend. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Dale and family, how can we express our sympathy to you. Our love for Deila has been so strong since we became friends many years ago. The car shows weren't the same without her. There were so many fun times that we all shared. When we started going to the Ely Car Show it was a riot. I think that town thought we were from some other planet. We all loved life and made it even better by the friendships we shared with each other. I can't begin to tell you how much we have loved and cherished her and our friendship. I know the Good Lord is watching over each of us with her standing next to him prodding him along. (Hopefully he doesn't have any green tabasco sauce close by). Deila was such a caring person and loved to have fun. No one was bored whenever she was around. Each of her car show friends were totally entertained whenever she was around. Our love for her will continue on forever.

Dale, So sorry for your loss. Although it never goes away completely, time will heal the hurt somewhat.

Dale and all the family I just want you to know how sad we all our. I can't even imagine when I make a post that she won't be on the horn of the great new technology of IM messages and finding out what was wrong. She always made me giggle because she would always tell me to write a book because it would be great. The thing I am finding out is words don't come easy with a broken heart, but you can know for sure that I will tell her a chapter as long as I can breathe. Being inspired by one of the greatest women on earth is such a blessing. She might be gone from this life but I know I will feel her every single day. We love you Deila and death has not taken that away.
