Fillmore, UT, Donna Jean Day, age 61, passed away in her home on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was born on May 7, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Dan & June Mize Hook. She married Lynn E. Day September 5, 1993.
She is survived by her husband Lynn Day; brothers: Dennis (his children: Cory(Chris), Manley, Jeremy & Andrea) Hook and Ken (Linda) Hook, sister: Dana (Robert) Dewey; Nephews: Gary(Suzie-children: Zach & Jake) Spell; Ken (Carla-child: Jade) Spell; niece: Julie (Gail) Hare-child: Brittney (Brian-children: Izzabella, Daniel, Myah, Paisley Sage) Jackson; Micheal Patti.
Preceded in death by her Father Daniel M. Hook.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 22, at 1:00 PM at Olpin Stevens Funeral Home, Fillmore, UT. Viewing will be held prior to the Funeral from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Interment will be in the Fillmore City Cemetery under care of Olpin Stevens Funeral Home. Online condolences can be offered at www.olpinstevensfuneralhome.com.
