Helen Louise Howell-Davis, Age 73 of Kanosh, UT passed away on August 15, 2025. Born on November 11, 1951, in Monterey Park, California. She was the daughter of George Erastus Howell and Lois Margie Taylor. She married the love of her life Robert Micheal Davis July 10, 1971, In Las Vegas, Nevada.
Helen grew up in Hinkley, CA with her mother, father and brother Troy Howell. She attended and graduated from Barstow High School in 1969. Once she married her sweetheart Mike, they resided in Barstow as they started their family. In 1982 she moved to Kanosh, UT where she raised her family and lived through the remaining years of her life.
Helen was the beloved mother of 4 children, who she devoted her life to until the very end. Helen spent most of her life as a stay-at-home mother and homemaker. She held very few jobs as a seamstress, housekeeper and rest area maintenance attendant, however her true love and occupation throughout her life was a devoted mother and wife.
Helen enjoyed crocheting and crocheted baby blankets for her grandbabies and larger blankets for those who enjoyed them. She was a kid at heart who loved all things Disney, Looney Toons, NASCAR, classic cars, John Wayne, and of course her all-time favorite Betty Boop. Helen loved animals; her other babies were birds, cats, many dogs throughout her life, cows and horses so long as she did not have to ride one.
Helen treasured photos, she even had a wall in her home dedicated for photos and displayed them proudly. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and wanted all those who visited to see them all. Her wall was displayed proudly of photos throughout the years. There was no “out with the old, in with the new”, she adored them all and wanted to be able to see them whenever she wanted. During her last days, she wanted as many photos possible surrounding her as they brought her so much joy.
She was extremely friendly, sassy, sarcastic and made everyone around her laugh with her random sarcastic comments. She was friendly to even those she hadn’t met, and if you were lucky enough to receive a Good Morning or Good Night meme, then you know what a loving and thoughtful lady she was as she wanted to make everyone feel special and loved.
