Sirilo Garcia Briceno, 46, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 in Fillmore Utah. He was born February 12, 1969 in Mexico to Lino Briceno and Maria Santos.
Sirilo has lived in Fillmore for the past 23 years. He worked at Great Lakes Cheese as an assembly line worker. He loved his chickens and horses. He enjoyed rideing 4-wheelers, going to the mountains and new places. He was the proud father of two daughters. He was a very wise and generous person.
He is survived by his daughters: Malina Briceno of West Valley, UT and Ana Briceno of St. Geroge, UT; two brothers: Jose (Manuela) Briceno of Los Angeles, CA; Antonio (Angela) Briceno of Fillmore, UT; three sisters: Teresa (Jose Antonio) of Mexico; Enedina (Cecilio) Ramirez of Kansas; Maria “Esperansa” (German Huerta) Briceno; nephews: Victor, Daniel & Jairo. He is preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Family Mission Catholic Church in Fillmore Utah on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be help prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 am. A Rosery will be held Friday, November 13, 2015 at 6:00 pm at Olpin Stevens Funeral Home, Fillmore, UT. Internment will be at the Fillmore Cemetery under the care of Olpin Stevens Funeral Home.
