Susan Rae Carroll Ballesty, 73, passed away suddenly Sunday, May 14, 2023 in Provo, Utah. She was born February 28, 1950 in Fillmore, Utah to Edward D. & Alice Jane Penney Carroll.
She is survived by her son Jeff Carroll; father Edward D. Carroll; sister’s Penne and Pati; and many nieces and nephews. She goes to join her mother Alice Carroll; sister Sherill and her brother Eddie.
In lieu of gifts please consider donations to the Best friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Kanosh Park June 9, 2023 at 5:30 PM. Online condolences can be offered at www.olpinstevensfuneralhome.com.
